Exfoliation

This is so important coming out of winter. A good scrub will help slough away all your dry winter skin. Don’t overdo the exfoliation, start with once a week. Shop my favorite scrub below!

Check Dates

Did you know your products expire? Make sure to check the dates especially products with SPF. Outdated products can be dirty/full of bacteria and probably won’t work as well!

SPF

In the warmer months, we are outside so much. It is super important to wear something with SPF every single day. I talked about 2 of my favorites in the video, you can shop them below.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is packed with antioxidants that fight free radicals and protect your skin. It also helps improve your glow and texture. If you haven’t tried Vitamin C yet, what are you waiting for? It’s such an essential in my routine.
